Fishing has been slower the past few days. Those that have shown success have been fishing as close to the bottom as possible. They’ve been actively jigging and changing up their gear often. As always, electronics are extremely helpful. The perch bite is picking up and should continue throughout March. Saugers have been plentiful, but they are on the smaller side. With the cold temperatures, it looks like we will most likely be fishing through the end of March.
